Soeks.com.au will gladly exchange or offer a shop credit for any item you are not 100% satisfied with providing item is in 'as new' condition, packaging is 'as new' and goods were purchased 14 days or less prior to our shop receiving the item for exchange. Goods must also be accompanied by a copy of the Soeks.com.au purchase invoice. The returned item should also include a pre-paid Australia Post parcel with your address.
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give refunds just because you change your mind. At its absolute discretion, Soeks.com.au may offer a full credit less shipping for a return.
PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED AND GOODS AND PACKAGING SHOULD BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
Soeks.com.au organizes the shipment of your order upon receipt of payment. Goods in stock will usually be shipped within 24 hours via Australia Post Express Post parcel. We will maintain a high level of effort to ship your purchase to you ASAP, but cannot and will not be held responsible for late arrival of orders due to shipping delays. If you chose an item that is not in stock or will be delayed for other reasons we will notify you within 4 business days. Tracking number will also be provided.
Please note that items showing signs of damage may not be replaced and any item without a current soeks.com.au invoice or eBay invoice from Montré Australia PTY LTD will not be accepted. Item must be returned in the same condition as supplied and paperwork and other accessories as originally provided.
All Soeks products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Warranty claims can be made via soeks.com.au. Only items purchased via soeks.com.au or eBay (BigSeaMall) are covered in Australia via soeks.com.au
